Description : Ginsenoside Rb3 is a natural triterpenoid saponin. It has various pharmacological effects. It possesses the effect against isoproterenol-induced myocardial injury and heart function impairment, and that the mechanism of pharmacological action was related to the antioxidant activity of ginsenosideRb3 at least in part. It could markedly protected OGD-Rep induced ischemic injury and the mechanisms maybe related to its suppression of the intracellular Ca2+ elevation and inhibition of apoptosis and caspase activity. It could be a promising candidate in the development of a novel class of anti-ischemic agent. - Molecular Weight :1079.27
- Melting Point :193-195 °C
- Purity :> 98%
