FDI 6 is an inhibitor of the Forkhead box protein M1 transcription factor (FOXM1) (IC50 value 22.5 µM) that suppresses FOXM1 binding to DNA. FDI6 displaces ​FOXM1 from genomic targets in MCF-7 breast cancer cells, and downregulates concomitant transcription.
