Molecular Formula: C30H26O12 Molecular Weight: 578.52 WGKGermany: 3 HS Code: 29329990
Description : Procyanidin B1 is a procyanidin dimer found in Cinnamomum verum, in Uncaria guianensis, and in Vitis vinifera or in peach. Procyanidin B1 (PB1) inhibits infection by vesicular stomatitis virus and HCV pseudotype virus in Huh-7 cells, with 50% effective concentrations of 29 and 15 μM, respectively. No inhibitory effects were observed in each component of PB1. PB1 does not interfere with viral entry or receptor expression, but inhibits HCV RNA synthesis in a dose-dependent manner. - Molecular Weight :578.52
- Boiling Point :955.3±65.0 °C at 760 mmHg
- Melting Point :231 - 232 °C
- Purity :> 98%
