Description :
BIO is a potent and reversible inhibitor of GSK-3 with IC50 of 5 nM for GSK-3α/β. BIO enhances reprogramming of mouse fibroblasts, neural stem cells, and thymocytes to induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells. It also promotes differentiation of cardiomyocytes from human ES and iPS cells.
