Cyclodextrins are useful compounds in formulating small molecules for improving solubility, bioavailability and stability, developing drug delivery systems. We would be happy to run some formulation studies with your lead compounds on our cyclodextrins including SBECD that is used with remdesivir to see if we can enable your compound. Recent findings also suggest promising uses of cyclodextrins as APIs in CNS and other diseases and application in vaccine manufacturing and other biotech uses to improve productivity.
Cyclolab supplies over 200 different types of cyclodextrins including all pharma grades. Our main product is Sulfobutyl-ether-beta cyclodextrin (Dexolve). Our activities include formulation and analytical development, custom synthesis of CDs (even under GMP), including Sugammadex and significant internal R&D to explore new application areas of cyclodextrin technologies.
