Polymer Chemistry Innovations meets comprehensive customer needs with state-of-the-art facilities in Tucson, Arizona and in the Chocolate Bayou manufacturing area near Houston, Texas. Through these facilities, PCI is able to provide a complete range of R&D services, process development, custom polymer synthesis, and full-scale commercial production - from gram scale to tanker quantities.

Our facilities feature stainless steel reactors with capacity up to 10,000 gallons, Hastelloy® units that enable work with acid-based products, a full-scale pilot plant, and a unique distillation tower for ultra-high purity distillations. Our equipment allows our team to be innovative in creating the best products to benefit our customers.
