Description:
Astragaloside II is extracted from roots of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge. Astragaloside II has cardioprotective effects as well as causing improvement in cognitive function. It is used in the prevention of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases. It stimulates osteoblast differentiation resulting in bone formation. It exhibits a significant induction of proliferation, differentiation and mineralization in primary osteoblasts. It is a potent MDR reversal agent and may be a potential adjunctive agent for hepatic cancer chemotherapy.
