FLI-06 is a Notch inhibitor that disrupts Notch trafficking and processing and reduces amyloid β secretion. It was shown to suppress proliferation and induce apoptosis and cell cycle arrest by targeting LSD1 and Notch pathway in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells.
