Description:
Tucidinostat is a novel inhibitor of HDAC1, 2, 3, and 10 with IC50 values of 95, 160, 67, 78 nM, respectively. It increases the acetylation levels of histone H3 and decreases histone deacetylase (HDAC) activity, inducing apoptosis of cancer cells.
