BMS-986165 is a potent and selective TYK2 inhibitor that blocks signal transduction of IL-23, IL-12, and type I IFNs. It binds to the Tyk2 pseudokinase domain (Ki = 0.02 nM), and is highly selective against a panel of 265 kinases and pseudokinases. BMS-986165 is under a phase III clinical trial for the treatment of Psoriasis.
