Description:

Orange powder, 0.1% water solution is yellow, odorless. Soluble in water, glycerin and propylene glycol, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in oil and fat. 21 when the solubility is: 11. 8% (water), 3% (50% ethanol). Heat resistance, acid resistance, light resistance and salt tolerance were good for citric acid and tartaric acid is stable, but the oxidation resistance is poor. In case of alkali red, restore fading. Maximum absorption wavelength of 428nm + 2nm. Rat by mouth LD50 than ADI0, 2000mg/kg ~ 7.5mg/kg (FAO/WHO, 1994).
Lemon Yellow Lake yellow fine powder, odorless. Slowly dissolved in acid or alkaline solution containing water, insoluble in water and organic solvents. Heat resistance and light resistance than the strong lemon yellow.



Application:

Use as a food colorant, can be used for fruit juice (taste) drinks, carbonated drinks and ice cream in the 0.05g/kg; the maximum usage is 0.02g/kg.
Use edible yellow pigment.
Use as food, beverage, medicine, feed and cosmetic colorants
For paint, ink, plastics and other industries and stationeries coloring
0.05g/kg; the maximum usage of ice cream is 0.02g/kg.
Use for food, medicine, daily cosmetics coloring.
Use adsorption indicator, etc..
