Description:
Arborinine is an alkaloid isolated from Erthela bahiensis. Arborinine was shown to inhibit splenocytes proliferation under ConA or PWM stimulation and promote apoptosis on splenocytes and thymocytes stimulated with PWM in 24h. It also decreases production of Interleukin-10 by splenocytes and thymocytes stimulated with ConA or PWM.
