As a coenzyme of dehydrogenase, NADH participates in hundreds of redox reactions in cells. NADH is converted into NAD+ after being oxidized, providing cells with NAD+, the key anti-aging molecule.
The more NADH in the cell, the more energy molecule ATP is produced, the better the cell function and the longer the cell life. As we age, cells age because of insufficient energy to maintain normal metabolism and repair functions. If NADH is added to cells, it can provide cells with energy and repair dual protection. Mechanism 1: boost energy
