Our R& D team conduct intensive research into the unque and innovative technologies
such as organic synthesis,fermentation and optical resolution in the fileds of amino acids
and nucleic acids. And we also are dedicated to get the process such as enzymatic
reaction, etc. into the production plant as fast as possible. Since 2001,we have developed
new products in the fileds of amino acids and nucleic acid derivatives. And of course,our
R&D team main tasks are Synthetic Research and Process Development, Analytical Development, Kilo lab and Pilot Production.
And our analytical instruments are mainly as follows:
- HPLC & GC;
- UV-VIS & FTIR
- MS / GC-MS
- Differential Scanning Calorimeter (-70 to 300 c degree)
- Digital Polarimeter
- Atomic absorption Spectrophotometer
Our pilot plant operates at a temperature range of -70 to +210 c degree and a pressure
range of 0.03 to 63 bar. Available reactors (50L-1,000L) are stainless steel, hastelloy, and
glass lined. In addition to that, 2 clean rooms (class 100.000) are available for controlled
handling of final materials including usage of protective clothing under external air-supply
conditions.
We performs more than 30 different chemical processes and has extensive and
sophisticated multi-purpose equipment,which allows us to do multi-step synthesis. We
have our global resources,the expertise, production facilities and the global operation
management systems. Backed by our experience, know-how and more than 50 qualified
chemicsts, skilled workshop chemical operators and analytical people. We are able to fulfill
our customers special requirements timely and confidentially. |
