Description : RKI-1447 is a potent Rho-associated kinase (ROCK) inhibitor with IC50 values of 14.5 and 6.2 nM for ROCK1 and ROCK2 respectively. It exhibits significant anti-invasive and antitumor activity in breast cancer.
