    Pyrethroids are a broad-spectrum insecticide that can control various pests, and their insecticidal toxicity is 10-100 times higher than older generation insecticides such as organochlorine, organophosphorus, and carbamate. Natural pyrethroids are ancient plant-based insecticides and are effective components of pyrethroids. The main source of pyrethroids is the flowers of pyrethroid plants, and their roots and stems also contain pyrethroids. Pyrethrin is a natural and efficient insecticide derived from the composite plant Pyrethrum, which has a broad spectrum and strong insecticidal and repellent effects. Compared to chemically synthesized analogues (pyrethroids), it has low toxicity to mammals and no environmental harm. It is one of the best choices for biopesticides and has broad application prospects.
    Pyrethrin has a wide insecticidal spectrum and can kill many health and agricultural and forestry pests. Its toxicity to humans and other warm-blooded animals is also minimal, and there is no residual toxicity that pollutes the environment. Its disadvantage is that it has poor stability to light and is prone to decomposition and failure when exposed to sunlight. Therefore, it is only suitable for indoor use to control health pests such as mosquitoes, flies, and cockroaches, and is not suitable for spraying as a pesticide in the field.
