Shanghai Yeats Chemical Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of lignin-based products. Founded in 2005, Yeats established its first company in China, initially focusing on the production of lignin for use as concrete water reducers (plasticizers).
