Brief Manufacture process:
The 62.49g (0.575mol) of trimethylchlorosilane was added dropwise to 72.7g (0.06mol) N, N- dimethylaniline and 7g of water was heated at reflux for 1h. Atmospheric distillation, collecting 98-101 ℃ fraction, is dried hexamethyldisilazane ether to give 43-44g, a yield of 92-94%. Industrial production is trimethylchlorosilane hydrolysis at 30-40 deg.] C.
