VINNATE® is a type of re-dispersible polymer powder that is produced by spray-drying a vinyl acetate-ethylene (EVA) emulsion. This process results in a free-flowing organic polymer powder that can easily re-disperse in water and form a strong film after water evaporation. The film acts as an organic binder, helping to glue together different substrates, reinforce mortar structure, and provide excellent adhesion at cement or gypsum-based dry mixed mortar substrate interfaces. Essentially, VINNATE® is used as an additive in construction materials to improve their performance and durability.
