Food additive calcium carbonate as calcium supplement substance with high CaCO3 content and very low impurities, especially low in Pb, As, Hg, and Fe, is widely used in manufacturing milk powder, beverage, cakes and flour to increase the nutrition ingredient and make them fluffy and delicious.
