ULKAR KİMYA manufactures APls and coated micropellets for local and export markets in an EU GMP-compliant facility. The company started API production in 1988 and built a separate facility for micropellets in 2001. in order to satisfy the growing demands of its customers, in 2009 ULKAR KİMYA has completed the expansion of its API manufacturing facility and of its quality control laboratories. With these investments, ULKAR KİMYA has multiplied its manufacturing capacity by six, at the same time offering a comprehensive production scaling (pilot, mid-scale and big-scale production).
With a plant approved by the German health authorities, ULKAR KİMYA focuses on Quality, Safety, Environment and Occupational Health targeting to expand its markets in Europe, the CIS, Asia, South and North America.
in order to enter the North American markets, since 201 O ULKAR KİMYA is filing DMFs to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Furthermore ULKAR KİMYA has joined the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Verification Program with several products.
The API product line of ULKAR KIMYA A.S. includes: Etodolac, Lansoprazole, Meloxicam, Omeprazole, Pantoprazole Sodium Sesquihydrate, Aripiprazole, Olmesartan Medoxomil, Rasagline Mesylate, Nitisinone and Zoledronic Acid.
