Trilostane is an inhibitor of 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase used in the treatment of Cushing's syndrome. It is used for the treatment of pituitary-dependent adrenocortical hormone hyperplasia in dogs and the treatment of adrenocortical hormone hyperplasia caused by adrenal cortex tumors in dogs.
