Description: Schisandrin B, a dibenzocyclooctadiene derivative isolated from Schisandra propinqua and Schisandra rubriflora, has antioxidant effects on the liver and heart of rodents. It is used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat hepatitis and myocardial disorders. The anti-inflammatory effect of Schisandrin B is mediated by regulating Nrf2 and NF-κB in lymphocytes. - Molecular Weight:400.46
