NAPHTACHIMIE |
The steam cracker of Naphtachimie, one of the largest steam crackers in the world, transforms a cut resulting from the refining of petroleum (naphtha) into olefins and aromatics by cracking molecules at high temperatures (800 ° C.) in the presence of steam .
The production of olefins is as follows:

◾Propylène.
◾C4 (mixture of butadiene and butene).
